Not sure been 2 weeks now and I'm still getting symptoms of menapuse .will come back and give an update update waste of money and can't send it back as I had to give it time .did absolutely nothing for Me so now resorting to hrt

This cream is surprisingly thick, so only a small amount has been required for each application. The scent is very mild and pleasant. Reminds me of exclusive old-time creams which my aunts used to use when I was a child.The instructions say to apply in a different part of the body each time and I think that this is a good tip for the stated purpose. So far, I have applied to my hands, chest, neck and abdomen.The patch test went brilliantly, there was not a hint of discomfort or irritation afterwards.It's early days, but when I first began to use it, I noticed something interesting. I opted to try this cream as I've been experiencing signs of early menopause/peri-menopause. On a day on which I had been experiencing several hot flushes per hour, I realised that I had not experienced one in over 5 hours. I want to be certain that this is not a placebo effect - even though I had totally forgot that I had applied the cream pretty much right afterwards - so I'll be testing out over several weeks to be certain. What I can say that when I eventually did have a hot flush later that evening it was more muted; it sort of began then died away almost immediately, instead of lasting 3-5 minutes as usual. Far less perspiration as well. So we shall see.What I can definitely say is that the cream, even with only a small amount applied, does have a very calming effect, which I suppose helps. A cooling one as well, but not in a menthol cool way. For this soothing effect alone, considering the mild fragrance, I consider this cream a good find. It will be brilliant if it really does diminish the acute effects of perimenopause long-term. I shall certainly be updating this review in a few weeks.

This is a thick cream but beautifully soft with a mild scent. I am of a certain age where although I am mostly over the horrors of the menopause, I have been left with very dry skin. I have been using this as directed twice daily (morning and evening) on different parts of the body. This absorbs easily and it is non-greasy. My skin feels re-hydrated and wonderfully moisturised. The directions are to only use a small amount at a time and this is all you actually need, but the temptation is to scoop out a handful and to pamper the entire body - it is that good.This is stuffed full of natural ingredients, which is a comfort. It has a expiry date of May 2027, or to use within 6 months of opening.At the time of this review the pot of cream was £9.99. I am not sure how long the jar will last but I still think this is reasonable and I would recommend.

I thought I’d give this cream a go to see if it really did help with my peri-menopausal symptoms. I’ve been using this twice daily for a few weeks now and if anything, I think my moods might be slightly more balanced, though I’m not sure if that’s a placebo effect or not. I will continue to use this till the end of the tub and re-comment on results.What I love about this cream, is that it is packed full of natural ingredients, including Coconut Oil, Shea Butter and Vitamin E which are all excellent for dry skin. It has a consistency of a body cream but is not too thick and clarty. My skin feels lovely and soft after application and the cream absorbs really easily, leaving no sticky or greasy residue, it also has a nice cooling effect but not in a menthol or off-putting way and that doesn’t last too long.In terms of scent, personally I don’t think there is much of one, potentially I can smell a bit of lavender as there is lavender oil in it, but its barely there to be honest.Overall this is a good moisturiser and the skin where I’m applying it does appear to look better and feels more hydrated. I wouldn’t normally spend £10 on a 90g pot of cream, however after being able to review this for free, in future I think I would spend the extra money as clearly more natural products, do actually do a better job. So if it helps me with any symptoms this is a win-win for me!
