I've been using this Shilajit resin with Black Seed Oil and Ashwagandha, and I’m really happy with it. I'm not sure if you are taking this to supplement your testosterone levels, that's why I am. And I can feel more energy levels substantially. To feel that, you'll have to take for a solid two weeks everyday. Ashwaganda has its own benefits. I'm not sure about black seed oil.As far as taste goes... omg! Let me try to describe it. You ever been to a mechanics parking lot? And you see oil or sludge on the ground? Probably has oil, coolant, washer fluid, grease and gear lube in that little ground sludge... well you ever wonder how it tastes? This is how it tastes. Lol it's a very terrible taste but I think so far the benefits outweigh the taste, which is why I still take it.Best of luck to you all.

Disgusting oily crap. I had to throw it out. It is not usable. Smelled awful and tasted worse

I really hated the flavor of this. I had a different brand before and put it in my coffee every morning. I tried this one and I ended up dumping my coffee the two times I tried it. I purchased my original brand and mixed it in, about a third of it maybe. It’s much more tolerable. I’m wondering if it’s the black seed oil or the ashwaganda. Shilajit is pretty good. Effective for sleep. When I sleep it’s usually deeper and longer than when I’m not taking shilajit.

The media could not be loaded. Definitely an acquired taste but I think it's the real deal it's hard to swallow and the manufacturer states it but if you can get used to the taste its probably one of the better options out there

Shilajit, rather different but tolerable in taste but this black seed oil? Talk about ruining and already bad tasting Shilajit. Black seed oil is horrible. Can't say I see anymore effects from adding the black seed oil.

I’m going to start off with the taste of this product is not the greatest neither is the smell for that matter, however it works! I feel more energized and can think more clearly after use. This product mixes well in hot beverages. This is my third jar and I am loving it! This stuff is effective and a great value.
