Helps with posture. Don't wear more than the 3-4 hrs recommended. Quality is good. Size could have been bigger, the straps are not covering the waist fully after wrapping, even for a medium sized person.

Please do not buy the product. It is defective. You cannot velkro the cross strap on your waste properly because the velcro will not stick to strechable part of waist belt. I have thrown the packaging and therefore can not ask for refund or replacement.

I was suffering from back pain because of continuous sitting on chair , this posture corrector is really good, keeps you back in nature position and support the back. It really helps in pain.

I have always backpain attack just after few minutes of sitting at chair, but when I wear this somehow it improves the posture and extend the sitting hours, especially for the upper portion. For lower portion I wear lumber sacrrum belt. Both helps in giving a rigid posture
