Broke after 2 weeks

My jade roller broke after one use. I was so excited to use this, then I rolled it on my face and the metal part broke off.

This product is a waste of money. It broke already, both ends have come off.

I wanted to wait to use it for a while before I wrote a real review of my experience. I want to start by saying the rollers are VERY STURDY. their customer support is on POINT. found these guys from their Instagram solarislabny account and loved their brand I’ve been using couple months and have seen some real results! I’ve seen dramatic decrease in wrinkles and my face brightens after every use. Sometimes when I sleep on one side of my face it’s great to de puff. My dark circles have decreased and it’s actually so relaxing and soothing to use. Highly recommend.
