Is the bead that goes into the slot large, or small? what size is it? i have abuot 15 year old door. ohdoor.

I found it to be fairly small. I had to crimp the slot it goes in to keep it in place. My door is also old, and I couldn't tell if the slot had opened a little over the years, or if the bead on the seal was smaller than needed. Crimping the slot worked for me, and the seal is performing its intended function.

WINDSOR - P-Bulb Bottom Seal, WINSOR - P-Bulb Bottom Seal Inserts Designed for Windsor Garage doors. Fits 240,224,730,735,790,775,730CHD,750CHD,and 755 series Garage doors. "P" bulb seals are made from a strong ,black vinyl compound. Conforms to uneven floors. Contact insures tight seal. Saves money by reducing energy loss year round. Total height of seal including "P" is 1-3/4". "P" bulb width is 1-1/4" O.D. with a height of 1-3/8" O.D. "P" width is 5/16" at the top and 3/16" at base with a height of 7/16". Offered in stock 20' roll. The installation of "P" bulb seals can be challenging and often requires two installers. If the Garage door is damaged in any way the seal replacement becomes even more difficult.
