These work great for me and I hope they will work for everyone. I have quit before cold turkey for years but then picked up the bad habit again when going thru some really rough times so this time I didn’t want to go thru the awful rage feeling with quitting and these helped so much! They stayed on while showering too so I am not sure why some have an issue with them sticking, maybe it has something to do with skin oils coming thru because I have dry skin. I have no irritation with them, sometimes I would feel a slight itch or tingle within 30 mins of applying but it would go away quickly and it wasn’t irritating. I am looking forward to feeling better and will continue to use to see if they help with energy because my boss and his wife who have never smoked started using them for energy and swear that they feel great wearing a patch daily. So thankful for the price!

I am a 40+ year smoker. Stopped cigarettes in 2018 and started vaping, which I also need to stop. So far I have been using these patches for 4 days. At first I was worried they would not help at all, but so far I have not hit a vape in 4 days. The first day was the worst, but now I just have to get over the hands habit. The amount of nicotine in these is just right and they stay on all day long. And for the price, it's a great value. Hoping they will help me kick the habit for good.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This products is actually helping me to quit, im on week 6 and can say im confidently quitting vaping/smoking, haven't had a puff since I started with these patches, I tried the Habitrol brand before and wasn't able to quit because Habitrol's patches dont stick properly if you sweat at all it comes off and I never felt like the cravings were being helped however this brand is a completely different experience, the patch stays on really good and even if I go to the gym and shower it stays on usually, its more discreet rather than those ugly big white circles other brands have. 5 stars!

It is my second day using these patches. I vaped for quite a few years, when I would try to quit I feel like I'd get this angry demon in me and would be so distracted with cravings it was hard to even focus on work. I did not want the patch visible on my arm, and I also read other reviews that it didn't stay on well. So I put it on my chest under my shirt! The one I wore yesterday stayed on, even in the shower. If it has a hard time staying on your wrist or arm, try to put it on your chest. I have previously tried nicotine gum, but I don't like the way it feels sort of burny in my mouth, and I felt it would help me to not feel any cravings at all, so I opted for the patch this time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because when you first put it on, for the first hour or so it's ITCHY. It does remind me of the feels of nicotine gum, so it might just be the nature of nicotine on the skin. For me it's a very small con, it's easier to deal with than nagging cravings all day.

Durability and quality and functionality of this item is great. It helps me not smoke so much. It sticks all day even through sweat. The size is good its not to big and not to small. Gives me the energy to not pick up as many cigarettes as I was.

Found this to be much more effective than the over the counter brands that are mainly chemicals. Didn’t realize these were plant based and have found them to be much easier to sleep with and have not smoked for three weeks because of them. Highly .

Didn't reallt feel like they helped at all. I have been trying to quit vaping. I do recommend the gum, the equate gum from Walmart worked better than these patches. Patches are small and do come off especially during the hot summer. Not to sticky. Didn't have any skin irritation. I wouldnt recommend.

So far so good. I vape and wanna stop. The patches don’t help 100% but they definitely help with the cravings. Every time I try to stop cold turkey, I go right back due to the cravings, the instant insane bad moods, shoving food in my face. I can go a good 5or 6 hours without thinking about vaping and if I keep busy, even longer. My skin does not get irritated and I have sensitive skin and adhesive usually breaks me out. They could be a tad bit more stickier. Some times I have to put hospital tape on top of the patch depending on where I place the patch. I would say they are pretty effective and durable. I will purchase again.
