The ingredients in this product have actual testing that shows their efficacy. The only problem is the phosphatidylserine that was tested was derived from cow brain. The phosphatidylserine you get in supplements now are derived from soy. Which does not have the same bioavailability. These work but I think it would work better without the st johns wart. St johns wart makes me a little clumsy. that should be something of its own rather than mixed with things that are supposed to enhance memory and brain function.

I bought this product because it was similar to a discontinued brain booster I really enjoyed using called neuro clarity. This stuff is Rock Solid. Better then even the Alpha Brain I'd been taking plus it's way less expensive. You are absolutely not gonna find a better priced & more effective brain boosting supplement. Do not sit on this. It's now in my S&S monthly list. AMAZING product. You won't be disappointed.
