Will not turn projector on
Projector is ceiling mounted and difficult to get to on/off button. Must use broom stick. I ordered this remote to control the projector. It will not turn it on. Once I get it on with a broom stick it will control the projector functions and it will turn it off. Also did not come with laser pointer as shown in photo.
