Im also going to post a video, I hope that can help help someone.Package just as described in the description.took me 2 hours total, uninstall the old and in with the new.Its Worth all the hard work, faucet works👍. nice and tight😊Its pretty easy if you know what to do.Faucet is pretty heavy, tried to stick a magnet on it and it did not stick, thats a good thing. It has a good pressure.Switch on the handle is made out of plastic!The rubber stopper on top is made out of plastic, You can see it at the pics that I uploaded.Retractable hose goes up but does not lock up.Pretty long retractable hose.No leaks so far, Teflon tape always good to use, just saying.Minor problem I've experienced, if knob is used all the way. Its kindda messy because my sink is not deep enough. Water all over over the counter.This does not come with a base plate. Luckily I've read the description good.Price is reasonable. Overall, not a bad purchase.I will update if there is any problem.

My old kitchen faucet was very old and dirty, but I recently purchased this faucet to upgrade. I am so glad I chose this faucet for my kitchen, as it fits in so well with my kitchen. I love how much control I have over it with a sprayer I can extend to reach all the corners of my sink. I especially love using it to clean containers since I can easily stop the water from the pull-down sprayer itself, instead of having to reach over to the handle. This faucet not only gets the job done, but it also looks amazing while working. It has a very nice sleek look to it that I really needed in my kitchen.

I purchased this faucet for my parents and it replaced a basic stock faucet. I ended up being the person to install the faucet and was a bit confused looking at the current install and new one. After looking at the different parts I removed the old faucet and installed this one in about 20 mins. The original faucet had 2 screws on each side to hold the faucet in place and this only has one. Even with tightening the base as much as possible, there was still some movement. In the future I’d definitely purchase a faucet that has 2 anchors on both sides. The movement isn’t that noticeable and the faucet works great.

Faucet is a quality practice. It’s beautifully crafted. Came with everything needed to install. If you know what you’re doing this can be installed in about an hour. If you don’t I suggest calling a plumber. Once installed it gave our sink an instant; more modern update. I would definitely be purchasing another one of these for a rental property.

This faucet replaced a single handle faucet with sprayer. I am delighted by this new faucet, which only costs a small fraction of those name brand ones. I only have had it for a couple weeks, so far so good. It looks great and is so easy to use. The sprayer gives you 3 settings to choose from depending on what you are using it for. The flow from the faucet doesn't change if you pull out the spray hose. And it goes back in with no hassles. It comes with a cover plate and was so easy to install. It took me a while to get the old one out because it was rusted. Once the old one was out, I had it installed in about 30 minutes.

Has odd size connections, I can't even buy the right sized fittings at any of my local hardware stores. I'm not exactly sure what there supposed to be but they're not standard by any stretch of the words.

Seems well built and solid. Great price. Good size for our double sink. I have yet to install it, but the install looks easy enough. I will update with pictures later and an update after the installation.

I am a customer who loves to buy things on amazon. I used this product in my kitchen, the hose is very thin and it breaks very easy.I will not recommend it at all!

This product is NOT suitable for use. Very poor. The threaded tube that goes through the worktop is simply not long enough & therefore unable to install & secure. The elongated chrome cover plate to sit on the top CAN NOT be used on a installation of a normal thickness worktop.The product would only work if your worktop is less than 10mm thickness hence this tap is practically useless.Don’t buy. To add insult to injury. There is no telephone number available.

I must say the tap looks good but unfortunately everytime after installing the tap, the tap pipe started leaking.. I returned and reordered 3 times thinking that it might be a bad luck but each time the pipe leaked from the same place and now I have top installed third time with broken pipe... I am not sure if the quality of tap pipe used is cheap, causing the issue...

Poor quality product with leak for the hose on installation. Even worse customer service which refused to send replacement. Waste of money and pay out for plumber call out for nothing. Avoid ! Very disappointing!
