Low carb, high nutrition!
Flavor is in there! Well sifted consistent particles. I love this to add to pancakes and smoothies for a nutrition boost . I make macarons and they come out with shiny smooth tops. I have found no bigs chunks or shell pieces and mostly use it straight out of the bag. Not overly dry and not "greasy." Better than grocery store prices!!!!

Great taste, value and quality!
I love this brand of blanched almond flour! It is a great value. I go through a lot of almond flour on my grain-free diet. This 3lbs bag serves my baking needs well. The taste is great. I have used this almond flour to make diabetic friendly breads, cakes, cookies, pie crusts and even homemade almond cheese. I am always pleased with the results. This is a regular staple in my pantry.

Great Product Great Price
I'm really enjoying trying new recipes with this flour. It is a large amount for the price and has worked out well so far with everything that I have made. It is not super fine but I wouldn't know the difference because I haven't used any other kind. I plan on purchasing again as I'm already down to maybe 2 cups left if that. I don't get a bad after taste like I have seen in some reviews and also the bag closed just fine for me and has stayed fresh.

Good value, taste, and texture
Almond flour being expensive as it is, this is good value. Already made several batches of cookies. Taste is good, getting the almond/marzipan buzz. Seems a little drier than other brand I've used, just added a tad more water and cookies held their shape. Bakes well, overall very pleased with this.
