This migraine cap is easy to use and can be tried hit and cold both. Mild migraine can be effective handled. It’s not a loose fit but just the right fit as anything sticking to your face and nose will irritate your skin. Great quality and value for money. Just put it half n hour in the freezer and it’s magic for the next 15-20 minutes, if you still wish to tighten the fit , may be use something like a Hankey at the back of your head to stuff it up. For reducing headache it really works. Temperature retention is 30 minutes or so and headache intensity is greatly Down.

I purched it for my headache ,it holds the cold only for 10 to 15 min..product is good and fits very well also..but if it holds the cold more than 30 min it could be best in this segment

Absolutely love it, does the job well

Took this two times.First time the cap was bigger with thick cloth, and the jelly inside was also thicker.Second time the cap was litter smaller, with thin cloth, and the jelly inside was also considerably thinner, hence the cooling effect wears off much faster now.

Gives a great relief for migrane headaches. Especially when stored in freezer this works well. Totally recommend
