They work super well. White is included and it makes the best pastel colors!

When I used them, they were chunky and stripes of color would not mix into my ingredients. Sadly I did not read the return policy so I am stuck with them. Not sure if this is typical or if it was a bum batch. the colors were very muddy as well, for instance the "grape violet: was black, the taro purple was a grey lavender.
