I really love this exercise map!It holds the weight of my elliptical. It is slip resistant and I do not hear any noise from my elliptical. You must flip it over with the black up, which makes it function great. I totally recommend this mat!!

This mat does exactly what it says it does. I saw one review where the person said he did not work well. You cannot use it as shown on the Amazon website. The grey portion of the mat should face the floor; you sit your elliptical exercise machine on the black side of the mat. I use my machine at the highest speed, and the machine or the mat does not move. Remember to sit your elliptical machine on the black portion of the mat. This product is excellent.

I bought this for my wife because he leg excerciser wouldn't stay in place when used. It works great and is large enough to fit under the whole excerciser with room to spare. She loves it.

Thickness is just enough, great value for the money, very durable, fit my machine just right.

If you are tired of chasing your elliptical cyclers across the floor, this is what you need! I can now concentrate on my workout instead of stopping to pull the dang machine back to where I can pedal comfortably.

I'm using this mat with a under the desk bicycle. It has a rubberized bottom for nonslip. It works better than a rug mat, but it is kind of overpriced for what it is.
