Great Nonstick Pan
This pan is so far the best pan I have ever had. It is relatively lightweight, cooks evenly and without any sticking issues. Love it, may buy another size.

Works Wonderful BUT Short Handle Gets Too Hot
Beautiful quality and functions great, cooking perfectly without sticking. Knocking 1 star off bc the little handle gets super hot when cooking. From exp, I burned my hand. Idk why they would have that handle there if you couldn't grab it without being burned since the long handle stays cool. Its a mind F to remember when grabbing the pan after cooking.... right hand ok - left hand use oven mit. It should be keep the same temp on both handles. But I do love the quality of this pan so trying to find a silicone cover for that short handle to help.
