It's been a long time ,I have been using this product for a long time as it has no side effects improve the immune system. It enhances the ability of the digestive tract to absorb nutrients from digested food into the body.

Empty sachets
Out of 25 ..4 sachet were packed but inside it was empty..such a loss as the price of the product is bit high.

A pre & probiotic which is very good. We have taken it for more than three months. Very good. Unfortunately it's not available on Amazon today. We have had to switch to another brand.

Good but has added sugar
It's a good combination of strains. However, the only thing I have against in this formulation is the added sugar in it. Nobody puts sugar in any pre/probiotic supplements. It defeats the purpose. Bad bacteria like candida feed on sugar.Because of this reason I'm giving only 3 stars. Of they remove the sugar, I would give 5
