Hi Nitish, Thank you for your meticulous interest in our coffee, we're excited that you reached out to us with the very question we asked ourselves when we started. To answer your question: The calorific values given are valid only if the coffee is eaten. The calories mentioned on our packet are applicable to the coffee in its original form, i.e. as ground powder or whole beans. Brewed coffee, on the other hand, can contain anywhere between 2-5 calories depending on the size & method of preparation. The calories mentioned on the packet are retained in the coffee grounds after brewing. We hope this answers your question.
