The worst battery case I’ve purchased. From day 1 it was finicky - may or may not charge. On the occasion that it did charge, it would quickly deplete to 0. But after a few short months it won’t charge at all!!! It appears to be charging when connected yet the next morning it is dead, along with my attached phone. Totally unreliable.

Is a very solid case and a great charger. I switched to 14 pro and I’m looking for the same charger.

Received on Aug 13th - Stopped working on Oct 6th. Will not charge phone at all - no returns - no way to get replaced. DONT BUY!!! Amazon should vet sellers with a high defect rate better - I feel like both the seller and AZ screwed me here...

Need a better design of how the charging part is so delicate. Breaks way too easy. Instructions specify this and it is still a clown show.

This battery is very heavy. You really have to get used to it. It does work but it’s a little confusing because supposedly you have to make it start charging in order for you to charge your phone and it does not protect your phone. My phone dropped and it cracked all in the back.

This one of the worst battery cases I’ve owned. The case doesn’t charge the phone simultaneously all the time… I had it plugged in all day, just the case, and plugged it in, to find it already dead. Now it’s just a heavy case for my phone. I have to take out my phone to give it a proper charge

I dislike their charging ability
