Taste is amazing. Value for money. Only 1st time I have taken this so no idea about the result but hopefully it will show the result. Ingredients are clean. Liked it.

The protein powder has a little bitter after-taste (especially when the lumps are not dissolved). The taste is okay if no lumps remain after mixing. I suggest you thoroughly mix the shake before consumption.Did not see any visible difference in weight or strength after using one jar.Also, as I kept track of how long it lasts, even after taking a little less (about one leveled scoop) than the suggested dose of one heaped scoop, the powder barely lasted for 28 servings, and not 32 servings as suggested by the manufacturers. Otherwise, it is an okay product.
