Definitely helps swelling on knees.

These work really well. I use them on all parts of my body. They stay on , not like others that come off. Start getting relief in 15 min & last 8-12 hr.

This product is amazing! It took away the stiffness I have and the pain. I've always had bad knees and I'm amazed how great this works.

VERY odiferous
One of my knees has gotten quite painful lately and I got these to hopefully be able to take stairs like a "normal" person instead of the "old woman" I am. They do help some, but not as well as I would like. If you are looking to relieve the pain of general walking they would probably do nicely and be worth putting up with the smell, but for relieving the pressure of the knee on stairs, not so much. I did not notice any warming effect. The odor is very strong and does not dissipate over time. I would certainly not want to go out in public wearing one of these patches. Overall, they provide some minor relief. I will use these but will not order again.
