Has become one of my Top Favorite Tarot decks.
I love this tarot deck. I have been working a lot with this deck and I am absolutely loving my experience with this deck. Chrysalis means transformation and I just love the whole concept of this deck. This deck is so cute in its own way and right on the money. The little white book is not your typical little white book but a rather chunky one so you get quite a lot of description about the cards. However, Toney Brooks who wrote the little white book is also currently working on an extended companion book for the Chrysalis Tarot, so I that will be quite helpful when working with this deck. The cards are a little just by a tad bigger on the size. U.S. Games Systems who is the published of this deck always surprises me with their improving quality of card stock. The card stock on this deck is excellent! very thick and so easy to shuffle. There is a bit of a change with this deck so you will find the archetypes presented in this deck is a little different. Here is how -The Fool – MerlinThe Magician – RavensThe High Priestess – SorceressThe Empress – GaiaThe Emperor – Green ManThe Hierophant – Divine ChildThe Lovers – The LoversThe Chariot – Herne the HunterJustice – Ma-atThe Hermit – StorytellerThe Wheel of Fortune – WheelStrength – Papa LegbaThe Hanged Man – Celtic OwlDeath – AriadneTemperance – Golden FlowerThe Devil – Bella RosaThe Tower – KaliThe Star – ElpiThe Moon – MoonThe Sun – SunJudgment – PhoenixThe World – PsycheSo by this I hope you get a sense that this is not your average Rider Waite clone deck but rather quite a unique in itself.
