These are almost perfect. They're absorbent, no leaks, comfortable to wear, soft on your skin. The only thing that will prevent me from purchasing again is the price. Too bad too, it sure upped my confidence while wearing them, I was confident going outside again.

We use these as the main all day protection excellent for my dad during long dialysis sessions. They also provide great protection for nighttime use. They rip down the sides for easy removal, have great odor control, and are true to size.

These are great and the most absorbent I have ever used but the sizes are a little off, by the size chart I wear the XL but this are a little too big, next time I will order the large, other than that they are the best product I've used

Only one that really worked for heavy overnight flow and no leaks. Tried four other brands first and this one was perfect. Size medium for person 146 pounds and 5’ 10”. This is second time ordering. He is a side sleeper and still no leaks.

Ease of use

Along with the super-absorbent adult liners, sold separately, these undergarments make it unnecessary to disturb my mother in the middle of the night to change her.

I bought a large quantity of this product last year and was VERY pleased with it, on all counts (the fit, comfort, stretch, and great absorption). When I ran out this year, I was very disappointed to find that the new diapers no longer absorb the way they once did. It's as though they have removed one or two layers of materials, so I find when I get up in the night to go to the bathroom, my thighs are wet from overflow. Now, potentially, my condition could have deteriorated, but I don't see any difference with overflow during the day from what it has been since the problem began. Once I get through this order, I will try some new brands.

I have been using Tranquility Over Night on my elderly Mother for many years . Very comfortable & absorbent . Excellent quality.

These have really aided in being able to sleep better during the night with an over active bladder
