A little difficult to fix but well worth the effort. This is so much better than a hot water bottle or other source of heat. The vibration is excellent as it can be adjusted to personal level. Excellent value for money.

I use it regularly once a day to alleviate some pain to my knee due to a degeneration of the cartilage and it’s quite effective.It’s advised to use it with trousers and it’s fair enough but I used it even without at 45 degrees and it’s ok.One star less as the manual is quite simple and doesn’t explain the differences between programs.

Really has helped my painful knee.

Really good product & VFM. Heat function is fantastic & it has a decent massage, but not great as it just uses vibration.It lasts 30 minutes on a full charge even set to top heat and full vibration, but it takes ages to recharge which is why I only give it 4 stars. It states in the user manual that it 'can''t be used while it is being charged, but I used it & it worked, although I had to use a longer USB charging lead on it.to So maybe they meant that it 'shouldn't' be used while charging. A relation of mine has a much more expensive unit, which I have borrowed a couple of times in the past, but this one is just as good as it and £60 cheaper!
