Mad Cow and Nazis and Oz... Oh My!
The book fluctuates from science fiction to historical fiction, then horror, then fantasy. Woven throughout, spiritual ideas and physics are weirdly blended in a way that feels plausible even though you know it’s a creation of the author’s imaginative mind. It is enough to make you pause and really think hard about what it is saying. This is the kind of book that generates conversation and debate in college dorms, at the “water cooler,” in break rooms, and coffee shops. Could easily see them making a movie out of this one! Long, but a fun read. And very thought provoking!

Whoa, just whoa! What a crazy twist on a classic! Brilliant
This story is utterly mind-bending! This said, the silly rumor that this novel can cause insanity---is just absurd. No book can do that. But yeah, a lot of strange ideas that'll test your cerebral teeth. And that it ultimately is about The Wizard of Oz; made it very enjoyable! Quite cool!

Newest Sci-Fi classic!
Had heard about this through the grapevine; and it actually goes way beyond my expectations. I had thought it was going to be a simple story, but it is really complex and cerebral. The tale draws you in, and delivers tons of ideas, while putting you there in the scenes. A few times, I wasn't sure where it was going...then with the twists and how it all comes together by the end, it knocked me off my feet! I read it over a vacation week, but I'm going to take my time re-reading it; as knowing what it is now, I'm already picking up on cool hints I missed the first time. Might even be better the second time. This book packs a wallop! A new sci-fi classic? Just maybe!

Hidden gem here!
If you love finding hidden gems, boy...does this one DELIVER! Especially, if you enjoy having perceptions of reality challenged. Honestly, there were many moments when I had to pause and think hard about strange concepts thrown at me. Eventually though, everything fits. This is far from a normal novel. Yet...did the author write a better mousetrap? It is a clever blending of genres; a mind-bending panoramic adventure, that took my imagination on a cerebral journey like no other. And in the age of Google, the meticulously flush deployment of searchable details, adds weird layers of depth to the story. Sure, it's fiction. But it leaves a lingering eerie feeling, that makes you question stuff. VERY entertaining! Great intellectual fun!

Whoa!
The description made me curious, because all those topics shouldn't work in one story. Well, it does! Seems like there were many stories inside the big story. Prion Mind was not easy to read. Not for little kids, But sci-fi fans will eat this up! Mad cow and black holes??? STRANGE! Imaginative and coolest thing I've read in a long time. Very original. Took my imagination in directions I never dreamed of. "Buckle up" is right!
