This is definitely a 100 times better than fast and up. Doesn’t taste like medicine. However, for people who don’t like them to be too sweet, one sachet is way too sweet for me and less of the lemon flavour. However, when I use half a sachet, it helps bring down the sweetness. Other than that, I love having this!

Packaging is good and portable. You can take them along to gym and create the drink with sachets. They are quite tasty and refreshing

Call it placebo or something that actually works. Really replenished by energy levels after a difficult day of fasting. The feeling of instant energy and good pumps will make you buy this supplement again and again. I don't much care for the orange flavor, although it tastes like Rasna but the lemon is really refreshing. Wouldn't take this if I'm restricting my calories but otherwise this is going to be a staple for my workouts.

Lemon lime flavour is best it just tastes like nimbu pani giving 4 stars for lemon lime flavour only

Acidic, citric taste, very sour, I didn't like taste of orange flavour. Never gonna order this again
