Philips Hue GU10 – Smart Spotlight – (3-Pack) White and Colour Ambiance

Really pleased with these, easy to fit and set up. They cover a wider area than the standard LED GU10 they replaced and as well as colour they can do bright and warm white. So when you need to concentrate you can have them bright and then in the evening when you want to relax you can swap to warm white. You can also set them up to come on a set colour depending on what the time is when you turn them on. They are expensive if you don't get them in a sale and being powered all the time they won't be as energy efficient as turning a non smart LED GU10 off, but you can turn them off at the switch if you want, they come on warm white when powered back on and connect quickly so you can control them from the app or smart buttons/dimmer again.

Expensive but very good lights. You get what you pay for.

Very expensive, but Amazon often is one of the cheaper places to buy them (on offer). It always works well the first time. It is easy to set up. It stays connected. It produces good, bright, and accurate colours. I have never had any issues with any Philips Hue products using Apple HomeKit or the native Hue app.

We have 3 of these Hue colour GU10 bulbs in our kitchen, one of them blew last night and as a result i needed to source a replacement. I purchased the two pack as the single bulb was massively overpriced! The 2 and 3 pack of these bulbs (whilst still hugely overpriced in my personal opinion) work out much better value. The bulbs are very different to the original 1st gen GU10 bulbs by Philips Hue. They are smaller and neater - they fit into my spot much neater and do not stick out as much as the 1st gen bulbs. They are also 100 lumens brighter than the original bulbs, colours also appear to be better. Expensive - but if you have invested heavily in the Hue Eco system like i have then you have little choice when the blow to replace them!

Those were addition to a IKEA lamp and my collection of about 25 Hue bulbs. I have those in the ceiling as well. They are not super bright if we talk colours. Whites are very bright and lovely - NO FLICKER at all. They are a bit on a pricy side but I think it’s well worth it considering how well they connect and integrate with rest of the system. For comparison I also have LIFX and they use Wi-Fi not zigby and LIFX constantly disconnect.. For 4 years I never had issue like this with Philips hue. It’s best to wait for a discount, they very often reduced. Full price is a bit too high considering how frequently they are discounted!

Although they are expensive, I'd say that these lights are worth the money, just the convince of being able to tell Alexa to turn off all lights at night, or setup routines so that when you open the back door, the outdoor lights turn on for a period of time is an absolute lifesaver. I'd recommend purchasing the colour rather than just white/yellow light version as the pre-set scenes are worth it once you've got a few setup in your house/garden. Often they'll be cheaper during Black Friday / Amazon Days so hold out until then, where often you can pickup in a bundle / starter pack.

I installed this Philips Hue GU10 3-pack to replace some standard GU10 spotlights and the upgrade was immediately noticeable. Setup was very straightforward. The bulbs were recognised quickly in the Hue app and were easy to add to my lighting setup. If you already use other Hue products, they integrate seamlessly, and it’s simple to control them using the app or voice assistants. The light quality is excellent, with bright output and very accurate colours. Being able to choose from millions of colours as well as different shades of white light makes it easy to set the right mood for different rooms or times of day.  I also like how responsive the bulbs are when changing brightness or colour. They dim smoothly and can go from a very subtle ambient glow to a brighter spotlight when needed. The only downside is the price, which is higher than normal GU10 bulbs. However, the reliability, smart features, and lighting quality make them feel like a worthwhile upgrade if you’re building a smart-home lighting system. Overall, these are excellent smart spotlights with great colour performance and easy integration into a Hue setup.

Costo alto ma qualità eccelsa, ho implementato da zero un sistema domotico di luci con hue in modo facile e soprattutto senza modificare minimamente l' impianto elettrico! Colori eccezionali, rispondono rapidamente ai comandi, app eccezionale. Ho provato anche varie altre lampade economiche e non, nessuna è come hue. Ich habe diese Birnen anfangs in einem Starterset erworben und musste nun nach 12 Jahren zum ersten mal eine der Birnen wegen eines defektes austauschen Sie sind nicht günstig bieten aber eine super Lichtleistung bei vollem Farbumfang und top Steuerungsmöglichkeiten. Und die oben genannte Lebensdauer sprich qualitätstechnisch wohl auch eine eindeutige Sprache. Die nachgekaufte Birne ist Farblich kaum von den ursprünglichen zu unterscheiden. So kann man auch beruhigt mal eine Birne eines Sets austauschen.

Ho acquistato un sistema di illuminazione Philips su Amazon e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. L’installazione è stata semplice e intuitiva, le istruzioni chiare e dettagliate. La qualità della luce è davvero superiore: colori vividi, regolazione intelligente e integrazione perfetta con i dispositivi smart di casa. Philips si conferma ancora una volta un marchio affidabile e all’avanguardia nel settore dell’illuminazione. L’unico aspetto negativo riguarda Amazon: uno dei metodi di pagamento che usavo abitualmente non è più disponibile, il che ha reso l’acquisto un po’ meno comodo del solito. Spero che venga ripristinato presto. Per il resto, consegna rapida, imballaggio perfetto e prodotto impeccabile. Consigliatissimo!
