I got tired of going though those overpriced sodastream CO2 bottles so I got this adapter and a 10# tank. The adapter hooked up easily and there is no leakage. It works great and will save me quite a bit going forward.

Looked great until I used the release to remove the quick connect end. The quick release came off, but so did everything else; the sleeve, the ball bearing retention ring and all the ball bearings. All but one of the ball bearings quickly rolled away and out of sight, so I can't even try to fix it. It really looked to be constructed well, but this one just wasn't. Hoping for customer support to make it right so I can upgrade this review.*** UPDATE *** Changing my review to 5 star. This is due to the fantastic customer support I received when asking about a replacement. I was offered and quickly sent a returned hose with a working quick connect end to get me up and running. That was followed up with a complete replacement kit and a 10% reduction on the original order. The support representative ("Karen") was quick to respond to all inquiries and very helpful in getting my issue resolved. A great case of excellent customer support.I have inspected and used the replacement parts and have not experienced any problems. The initial break must have just been a problem with the quick connect adapter I received originally.

This works very well, it’s high quality material!

The system works but there is some kind of oil coating on the parts that flavors the co2 leading to a red beet taste. I had to waste the included replacement parts because it is hard to get the small white washers out after first use. After breaking down all parts except the hose, I found globules of oil in some of the female fitting cavities. Cleaning with denture tablets, an ultrasonic cleaner and reassembling removed all oil and foul tastes.
