It will be great for low country boils
My previous boiler cooker was borrowed and not returned. This one is a better boiler cooker and I will enjoy doing a low country boil with it.

Great size steamer if you want to steam a 1/2 a bushel of crabs with some room for corn
i bought this to steam Maryland crabs and everything went great. The drop in basket sits almost 3 inches off of the bottom of the pot so there is plenty of room for the beer/vinegar/water mixture. The basket will hold 4 dozen 6" crabs or steam 3 dozen and leave room for the corn on the cob. The burner works great and takes less than 10 minutes to get a rolling steam going with about 2" of liquid in the pot. Drop in the crabs(basket)and steam them 25-30 minutes and they will come out perfect!

Excellent boiler.
This did excellent at getting up to boil quickly. More importantly it returned to a boil quickly after adding frozen crab legs. I used a boil boss ring and was able to cool pot down to 150 temp in about 3 minutes. Highly recommend this if you like doing seafood boils. I have not steamed anything yet but I am sure it is excellent at that as well.

Simple and effective design
Second one I've bought, do multiple boils and loved the first one, still works perfectly. Would buy again.

Very Nice and Sturdy
Just recieved this the other day and put it together tonight, it is very well made and sturdy and has stainless hardware also. I have a 12 year old alumunum 60QT pot and wanted to add another but saw the combo deal for the 82qt stainless and jet burner and went ahead and got it. I will be having our big crawfish/shrimp boil next weekend and will let you know how it performs but right now I would definatly buy it again. With the 2 pots I should be able to easily do the 60# plus of shrimp, sausage,potato,corn.... I was trying to do it in the 60qt and a 30qt and always was to full

Works Great, but Requires Constant Stirring
The 82qt pot worked great for producing tomatoe sauce. You must add tomatoes to the pot in small enough quantities so that you can easily stir them to prevent scorching the pot bottom. The burner is the reason for the 4. The single burner orifice only heated one spot on the pot so it was vitally important for constant stirring. A yellow flame was produced at a lower temperature setting, which heavily sooted the pot bottom and required additional cleaning time. I found out that this system was meant to boil water after I received it, hence constant stirring is required for boiling anything other than water. I do recommend this system, just be aware of the stirring requirement.

Spaceship!
Have used 4 times so far and this works great. Gets water to a boil in about 30 minutes. The stainless steel looks great and is extremely easy to clean up afterwards. It took a couple uses for the hook on the bottom to loosen up to drain it easily but that's not unexpected. The only thing that I would like better is if the handles were a heavier gauge or made with a wider shape, to make lifting when full easier.
