I got the regular neon and the sparkly ones and they're both FABULOUS. high quality, bright, pigmented, waterproof. dries quickly so you don't make a mess. great value for the money. all but the darker purple are the ones that came in the sets.

I really like these. The tips and ink make it really easy to draw clean lines, and the colour stays in place all day. It does become flaky when used over my sunscreen or moisturiser, so I try to let those absorb for a while before applying. I would have liked less flaking, but these are still a lot of fun to use. I use white underneath the colours to make them pop. The inks are nice and waterproof when fully set. Wish they included black in the set as well.

The pens are so easy to apply eye liner, and the colors look fantastic! I wore some to teach a fitness class and after sweating for 2 hours, it didn't smudge or move at all. And 8 different colors for the price, just wonderful.
