I like the size and functionality. Installation was easy - all of the parts were clearly labeled and the manual was clear. The end product (of the water) is great (great tasting). It seems like a very good product for a very reasonable price. I like the fact that it makes more "good water" than it wastes with flushing. Many undersink models are very wasteful. It is VERY quiet. That was all of the "good" - areas for improvement: since I hooked it up to the refrigerator I had to figure out on my own that you need to install a RO tank/ accumulator to get the fridge to work correctly (low pressure and 5 second cycles on the unit). I wish that had been in the manual. It was my first RO unit and I had to do a little research to make it correct. I found a small tank on Amazon and put it in - works great. The other area of improvement would be the size of the faucet piece. It is very large (tall). I wish is was a little shorter / smaller. Other than that - all good!

I bought one of these for my office and after running it for a few months bought one for my home. I had not tested the water, but was curious so I broke out the strips and decided to give it a shot. Not only was the hardness reduced tremendously, there were signs of a reduction in chlorides and metals. The water tastes great, no issue installing as all I needed was included. Filter runs great and I use the water for brewing in my new espresso machine without having to worry about scale or harmful damage to the boilers.The included countertop nozzle provides good flow, is very intuitive, and the footprint of the unit overall is incredibly tiny for what it can do. The only thing I'm unsure of is the filter longevity and replacement process. Otherwise, wonderful buy.

Fits so nicely under the sink with plenty of storage left! Pretty easy to install and working great. Love the peace of mind having clean water gives me. No leaks and great quality! Would definitely purchase again. Price is one of the best I've found.

We have used both the filter side and reverse osmosis side every day for about 3 months and its sill on its original filters. Very efficient machine. The water is crisp, flows fast, and its significantly smaller than a traditional tank setup. Also, installation was very easy.

Easy to install by reading the directions. Works great on our Missouri well-water, which is high in calcium running over limestone. We used to have to clean our coffee maker ever couple of weeks before to get calcium out of it. Two weeks into it, haven't had to clean it. Coffee still running through fast. Drinking directly from it the water tastes sweet compared to unfiltered water. Also use in our cat-water fountains, not showing any signs of build-up.

WHAT A UNIT! Very quiet operation, seems very well constructed with sleek aesthetic look for a device that's going to live under most households cabinet. Needs to be a museum piece and on display. Very small footprint under kitchen sink and easy to install. The most time consuming part of install for wife and I was hole sawing through 3/4" Granite counter top with diamond bit hole saw. TAKE YOUR TIME! Esthetically the faucet unit matches our kitchen faucet with its brushed stainless appearance. Was astonished how much different our city water tastes after being RO'd. Even the smell difference of water quality between Ecoviva faucet and normal kitchen faucet is astonishing. Did run into Unit going into alarm after 30 min flush of RO filter but quick rest of unit and we were up and running. Will contact customer support regarding this issue to see if that's normal at later time, they weren't available during weekend install.ECOVIVA FOR THE WIN!! Overall very pleased with this purchase and our water now tastes so good without chemically treated smell.

This was a fairly easy unit to setup, but a couple things to note.My waste pipe was 1-1/2 PVC (1.97" OD) so the included drain saddle did not fit. Had to get an adjustable one: VVDSi000 and was able to hook it up to the pipe.Secondly, I installed this faucet in soap dispenser port on my sink, I had to go to ACE and McMaster Carr to get this to work. I got two large 2-3/8" OD X 1-1/8" rubber washers that are 1/8" thick. Then had to get a stainless steel 1/8" thick (2-3/8" OD X 1-1/4" ID) washer from McMaster Car to sandwich the top gasket on top.One rubber washer was installed underneath, then one on top, and then the stainless washer sandwiched in between the faucet and rubber washer. This setup makes the faucet rigid, and makes the connection water tight.Other than that, it worked well!

So far this has been amazing. It works great, super easy to install, and up takes less space in cabinet. The connections are well thought out. I am pleasantly surprise how well this system works for the price.
