I don't know why people are complaining about the grip and hard bristles. The grip is good and bristles are not soft not hard it's okay, but yeah if you have loose skin thin skin like aged people or sensitive skin it will be harsh on your skin. And if you have purchased and find it too hard then soak it in warm water with hair conditioner for 15-20 minutes, it will make the bristles soft

While it's too early to say if it's "reducing cellulite" as the product description claims, the stimulating massage certainly feels good and has left my skin feeling refreshed.

The wood is light, the canopy is not sturdt but not flimsy as well. Few bristals came of initially but then stopped. They are soft and hard enough to have a good scrub. The massage side is soft and good to touch. My only concern is the price. The product is available on other platform for much cheaper price. Since this product too doesnt have a very defintive branding I suppose this is a same white labeled product. The proce difference is as high as two hundred rupees.

I really wonder if we should trust the reviews now a days! The bristles are too hard to rub on skin. I think it will do a fabulous job in peeling the skin and damaging it. I wish I cud return it but the outer carton was damaged by me. Now I m gonna use it as tiles cleaner!
