not perfect, but at least avoid the rain drip
It is a unique solution for EV charging in the public charging station which when it is raining or overnight in snow area.It has a flexible magnet bar inside the pouch, I am sure it is not 100% sealing from external weather but it will work preventing direct rain pouring or overnight snow fall.

Seems to work well.
Not large enough to completely cover up the charge port and door on my Rav4 Prime but will cover the charge cord and port well enough to keep rain and snow out.
