Product doesn't work
My son picked this out for Christmas. I read the reviews and many said it didn't work. Ithought I'd give it a chance. Unfortunately the reviews were correct. This product did not work. There's no power switch. When we plugged it in nothing happened. No instruction manual either. Terrible product, especially for the price. What a disappointment.

ZEN!
What I don't like about it is that the cord to plug it in is not very long. Hard to put on anything unless it's really close. I wish it was battery-run instead and then it would be more portable. What I do like about it is that it soothes me with ANYTHING I have that comes to my mind or heart, I can write it in the sand and visually watch it "remove" itself from my thoughts. I also wish the sand color was an option...you only get white. Others say it hasn't lasted them long or broke on them but I have had a good experience so far with it. I am thinking of purchasing a few more to give as gifts. It is kind of OVER-PRICED, so it would be nice if it wasn't so expensive!

Replacement Order - item broke within a month
I sent this to my sister in another state as a gift because she handles some difficult family members. The first one arrived with a hitting part. The second worked for about a month, then quit working.When I can to visit my sister in mid August, I asked where it was and she told me it broke and her husband tried to get it working and couldn’t. They threw it away.Of course, she had no idea how expensive it was and by the time I knew it quit working it was outside of the return window.Don’t buy this product. I’m terribly disappointed.

Nice, but....
It was pretty simple to use right out of the box. Plug in, (short plug, unfortunately) add sand, press the little button on the side and off we go.But when the sand was smoothed out it didn't go completely smooth. There were still lines in it. The rakes also had the tendency to try to push the sand over rather than under and push the sand right out of the bowl.It's not a horrible product. Not worth $70 though.

Theres no Clear Instructions
Theres no instructions. It has no power button, and when plugged in nothing is happening to indicate power. Waste of money

Highly recommend it!!
Chill vibes all the way! This Automatic Zen Garden is my new go-to for zen moments. It's like a mini vacation in my living room. Seriously, it's addictive – in the best possible way. Plus, everyone who sees it loves it, and I get tons of compliments! Highly recommend for anyone needing a little peace and quiet!

Poor quality
Not worth the money, looks 3D printed for a couple bucks

Soothing and relaxing
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this item. So simple and perfect for our outdoor space. Works well and Is addicting to watch. You have to let it run a few minutes in the first use to let the sand adjust. Would definitely recommend.
