Graphite SARAL TRANSFER PAPER-Tracing-Sketch-Drawing

This product is amazing. Cut to size, I am still using the same transfer paper over and over again. Easilyeraseable if you use light pressure. Can't beat the price.

This paper made my life as an artist so much easier. This one was SO easy to erase! It made me so happy.I was able to easily transfer my drawings onto another surface and wipe away the graphite to start coloring it.The paper can also be reusable and you don’t have to get a new piece every time you trace from it! You can get a lot of uses out of a single page.I will be buying more once I run out. Never stop making these!

This is great to use as a transfer. I work in mixed media. I draw on my substrate whatever the object of my painting will be. Then I copy what I drew onto a large tissue paper. Then I do a collage on the substrate that ends up covering my entire canvas. Once I am done with the collage, I used the transfer paper under my tissue drawing to replace the original drawing on top of the collage. It did an excellent job, leaving recognizable lines on top of colors. It is not so dark, however, that I can not. paint over it. The only problem is that if my hand rests on the tracing paper, I it left marks on my work. These marks were difficult to erase. While it is a good thing that the transfer paper works easily, it may be just a tad too easy making a mess. Overall I would say this is a good choice but not great.

The Saral products are always reliable and I know I can always count on them. I have always used the Graphite color because I can have neutral color that stays close to my pencil. I like using the Red color once in a while.

This tracing paper comes in rolls. You simple cut it to the size needed.I use it to transfer my drawings onto watercolor paper. It works really well.I really like that it is easy to use, erase lines and easy to paint over.As stated in my title, you can reuse the same sheet repeatedly which saves material and expense.I highly recommend this product.

I was very disappointed when I received it because it was not the size I anticipated. Description said it was 12 foot x 12.5”. My brain translated it to be 144” x 12.5@. It will not be useable to transfer a drawing onto a canvas 24” x 36”. That would be too much taping of pieces together. I chose it because it was graphite and had no wax and if you are working with small transfers, it would probably be perfect.

I use this product to transfer my sketches to watercolor paper. This is a great product or any artist who wants to transfer something from your sketch pad onto heavy permanent paper for painting. The graphite very rarely smudges unless you are rough on your paper. I love that it comes on a roll that I can cut to size as needed oh, and that those sheets can also be reused. This is a great value and a good product.

To begin with, the graphite paper is rolled around itself. Imagine a kitchen paper roll without a carton supporting the paper. To make it worse, Amazon doesn’t send the roll in a box but in a bag. The roll became flat during the transportation , every crease is leaving a black graphite mark on the paper.

Received package in good time. Saral Transfer Tracing Paper -Wax Free Graphite is a very good product for transferring copy to artwork. handling has to be very careful to avoid smudging. marks and density can be removed with a soft eraser.

Saral is not one piece as stated but 3 pieces as previous comments said. I don’t feel that is a problem. Shipping could have been better, carton was crushed but again I can deal with that. Am having a bit of a problem with transfer showing up on Watercolor paper but may need to use sharper pencil or stylus. Am happy with the fact that it does erase easily.
