Defective product received
I ordered the necklace for gifting someone. The necklace and the stud look so beautiful. But finishing is not good. Unable to open the necklace hook. Need to return the necklace. The manufacturer should check the defective products before sending to inventory. Atleast the inventory people should conduct quality conduct before sending it to delivery. It's really disappointing.
