Amazing cookbook for the beginners.

Fantastic approach!
This is one cook book that you will enjoy perusing,not just for the recipes but also for the graphics. The book is geared towards the American readers,so all ingredients obviously, will not be easily available here.But having said that, I have to admit that I made the Kimchi pancake recipe this morning,following the recipe,more or less ,and it was really simple and really, really good!
