I am very pleased with my purchase of the SV3C 4K WiFi IP Camera Outdoor, with the following highlights:Resolution & Night Vision: it captures images at a great 4K/8MP 3840 x 2160 resolution and allows for adjustable resolutions. It supports both black & white night vision (up to 160ft) and full-color night vision (up to 60ft) with infrared lights.Smart Alerts & Alarm: The camera can detect humanoid, vehicle, and pet recognition functions, sending push notifications to your smartphone.Storage & Remote Access: It supports primary storage on mirco SD cards of up to 128GB Micro SD and networked storage on an FTP Serve or NVR, and cloud storage. Access to stored videos are via the Camhipro app.Dual-Band WiFi: the camera supports dual-band WiFi, working with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. I received the camera and immediately installed it. It was super easy to set up. Just follow the instructions and be patient. I have several of these cameras in multiple homes and love them.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this camera to keep an "eye" on my deck and to alert me when anyone approaches my door. I just followed the included instructions and within minutes the camera was up and operating. As my video shows, it works great both at night and during the day.

The media could not be loaded. I decided to set this camera up in my kitchen to monitor my pet while I was out. As you can see, I placed the camera on a shelf with an overview of the kitchen and here is a video to share the clarity and quality of the video. It continually created scenes from motion detection, and every video stream was clear and even the audio was very sound. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Set up the camera in less then 5 minutes. Put it on the patio to test. Integrated into Blue Iris easy (Onvif). Daytime video is pretty dang good for a $80 camera. Nighttime looks good, but I still need to put the camera elsewhere to see more activity in the front of the house, but as you can see in the nigh time photos, the LED illumination is way above average them most cameras, let alone one that is this inexpensive. but will follow up. I’ve been a loyal customer of SV3C for over six years, always impressed with their high-quality products. I decided to test this camera due to the attractive features it offers for the price. My previous two cameras lasted about four years outside in the harsh Las Vegas weather, which is a testament to their durability. However, the extreme heat here eventually takes its toll on any outdoor equipment.Pros:• Image and Video Quality: The clarity of both the image and video is excellent. The red square that tracks and follows a person is a nice touch, adding an extra layer of usability.• Alarm Sound and Features: I appreciate the alarm’s volume and the ability to customize video quality.• CamHi App: The camera uses the CamHi app, which is fantastic and user-friendly.• No Subscription Needed: With an SD card, there’s no need for a monthly subscription like “Ring.” I’ve had issues with “Ring” in the past, where malfunctions prevented me from retrieving important footage. The SD card ensures you always have access to your videos, as long as the card isn’t corrupted.• WiFi Range: The WiFi connectivity is impressive, even at a considerable distance from the house. It connects easily, even with a weak signal.Cons:• No Panning Capability: The camera is fixed, so it only monitors what it’s pointed at. You can zoom in and out, but unlike other cameras, you can’t rotate it to view different areas. This is the only significant drawback for me.Conclusion:If you’re in the market for a reliable, high-quality camera to protect your home or business, this is a fantastic choice. The lack of a panning feature is a minor issue compared to its overall performance. I highly recommend it and can’t speak highly enough about its value and capabilities.

The media could not be loaded. I have several SV3C solar powered cameras that work great for motion capture. I wanted one that would continuously record, along with motion capture, and this one fits that need very well. I have some critters coming through the yard, and I wanted to see more of the action than just the clip of motion when it is triggered.As per usual, very easy setup. Had it working in a couple minutes (I already had the CamHipro app installed from other cameras).This camera has great resolution, very clear pic, and I like that I can zoom in on the captured video without it getting really grainy. You can set the time length of clips - I have it set to 2 minutes, so it records all day in 2 minute clips continuously (except Sat and Sun - you can specify days and times for each day to record). It also is possible to set a particular area of the display to record (so you could avoid recording an alarm when there's motion at the doorway or road or whatever).All in all very pleased, would purchase again.

Set up was easy in CamHiPro app with very clear instructions. Camera has a great image and sound and great options (such as automatically turn on bright white light for color night viewing or use only infrared to not be so noticable). Nice that you can use cloud storage (at a monthly fee) if you're concerned on camera being tampered with, but great that you don't have to opt for this but instead can put in your own memory SIMM card so it will record to that (at no monthly fees) So far camera is working well and is detecting motions with no false detections.
