Easy to use!
We had 4 suitcases and we set the combination all the same. So easy to set and use !!! Also fit all suitcases.It was good to know when we let our room no one could get into our suitcases.Well made and sturdy !!

The lock *is* secure
I was able to change the lock code, close the lock, mix the numbers, and confirm that the lock is secure.There is a one-star review which claims that even when the lock is closed you can reset the passcode but that isn't true. You can only set a new passcode when you know the old passcode.As some others have noted, the locks are a bit chunky but fine. I just got them and the build quality feels decent.

Love it
Someone said you can change the number even it is locked. It is not true at all since I did test it myself. I love what I bought for such longer shackle. I just wish it is much lighter weight.

you can change the number even it is lock
for a safer lock, you cannot change the combination number when it is locked. but for this product you can. I tested it. I can change any combination when it is locked. it makes the lock useless.

Bigger than I expected
I use these for my gates (my son is autistic and runs away) I haven't reset the combination yet but either way seems easy but other than that this is perfect for what I needed. Just bigger than I thought they would be but still good.
