Ive used RAR three times now. It is an okay fat burner that does its job. It increases your metabolic rate a bit to help burn more calories throughout the day.I would not say it "melts" fat away, but it certainly does help. If I were to guess I would say it would be burning an additional 200 calories give or take, by my calculations. There is room for human error and people react differently to RAR.I have gone through one bottle using just one cap in the morning and one in the afternoon, and the other two using two caps when I wake up.Using one cap at a time although prolongs the effects throughout the day, however it makes it hard to coordinate food schedules as you need to take it on an empty stomach. But if you can do it, it'll certainly help.The ingredients are well researched and proven, you can look them up yourself, I have. They all are proven to be a thermogenic, with some "sexual wellness" benefits.If youre on a cut, or calorie deficit, and just want a little extra help and can spend the cash, I say why not add this to it.Just be aware that on this supp, your resting body temp will increaseThere are no real cons with this product, the only thing that bothers me is the 2 pill seperation, But you can take 2 pills at once if you dont have the schedule. It works just about the same and replaces the need for coffee

I've been needing to shed some weight to fit back into military standards, as I've been gaining muscle like crazy but not losing the fat! Researched this and finally decided to try.Today was my first time trying it, 1 pill when I woke up at 6 am and 1 before lunch at 11:30.And I felt utterly... Not insane, but not myself. Normally I'm tired as crap. There is usually never a time I am not tired. I don't take caffeine, no coffee, tea, nothing. So I think the caffeine was a shock to my system. I was very jittery, at some points I felt like I couldn't breathe well, and I had really... Messed up vision like slow motion and blurred.But I blame that on the fact that it was making me so dehydrated! I drank about 50 ounces of water before 2 pm. I'd take a long swig, feel better, and then less then 15 minutes later those symptoms started again. My hands and arms were also so veiny, from dehydration, I have never seen that many veins on my arms before (or any for that matter!)So I'd just be careful and make sure to drink.I also live in the south, so the 100 degree heat wasn't helping either.I went to work and had to remind myself to try and act normal as I felt like I might be looking and sounding like I was on drugs, I was that wired. But I just kept guzzling water and by about 6pm my jitters were gone. I started to crash and found myself craving that energy again.All in all, it was just intense energy and even body heat. I'm sure my temperature was up there.It did keep me from snacking, but probably because I was too busy searching for water.I'll continue to try it out, at least finish this bottle and see if it helps me shed that extra pound of fat. Who knows, if anything at least it'll give me energy to go the extra mile with my workout.Its worth a try, especially if you're like me and don't drink caffeine anymore, but would like a ton of extra energy.Make sure to keep water close by to you

I feel the extra boost when I take it in the morning and afternoon. It gives me the energy I need for my workout during the day.I have recommend it to my friends already.

My wife and I have taken about 3 rounds of red acid reborn. First off love the cinnamon taste/aftertaste. Get a great burst of jitter free energy that helps me get through my mornings (get up at 4am).Great appetite suppressant and really makes you sweat.We've seen great results and highly recommend this product.

I had a 5 day sample of RED ACID REBORN right from the manufactuer. I ordered the bottle of 60 caps from AMAZON and I feel they are nothing like what I was taking for 5 days! I even tried taking 2 at one time! They have zero affect and the others i def had a different feeling. Are the pills on Amazon not the same formula??

I was fortunate to have CL send me a sample awhile back. I tried the sample over a period of four days and was frankly shocked at the results. Red Acid Reborn had a great profile, so I took the chance and tried it out. I leaned out surprisingly fast in a short period of time! I decided it was worth the cost and bought a bottle, and have lost a total of 10lbs of fat in a month. I am eating a maintenance diet, so this is frankly quite a shock to me.
