It's not for me
I can't say it's a bad product.My review is not related to the product quality, it is just not for me... just for to try, I colored a small portion of my hair to see the results, and I didn't like it, it made my hair look darker than my narural hair is (mine is light brown). On hand, the product color is not the same, I guess is because of our phone's screen... anyway, it was not the effect that I was looking for...

Missing items
The packet doesn't contain colorant,it has developer milk & instruction manual & plastic gloves.The package was sealed.After opening the Garnier Packet ,I found this item missing.Even though it is is under nonreturnable category,you need to replace it
