Out of the box, this Ready Rocker worked fine and well on various seats. It was very easy to put the memory foam cover on the rocker, unlike many reviewers that have stated that it was “impossible” or “extremely difficult” to put on. The cover went on with normal exertion and fits the rocker well.Another benefit of this rocker is that while using it, I can feel my core engage, so not only is this comfortable and good for your back, but it requires you to engage your core in a very gentle way. I highly recommend this rocker.

Ive been struggling with a bad back for years, and finding a chair that helps has been a challenge. The Ready Rocker has been an absolute game-changer! It gives much better back support than big, bulky pillow backrests. I can occasionally rock a little to get a little movement. That's great. However, it could use a softer, more comfortable cover. I sit in bed with it and I now have to put a small throw pillow to soften it a little so it's more comfortable.

I love this little thing! I was in the market for something to use while sitting in bed. I spend a lot of time in the evenings reading, watching tv, or playing video games in bed. I initially came across a lot of big, bulky items as well as cheap pillow-y things that probably wouldn’t last long. This thing is exactly what I needed! I’ve used it the past 3 evenings and it’s my new obsession. It’s so much more comfortable than propping up a couple of pillows like I always used to do. It also works really well on the couch. Now whenever I sit down I immediately think about it and go grab it for added comfort. The rocking ability is an added bonus because I wasn’t expecting to actually rock while sitting around but I’ve been catching myself rocking away! Do yourself a favor and give it a try. As someone who suffers from sciatica and sits at a desk all day, I’ve been researching different ways to relieve my pain throughout the day. A friend of mine mentioned she saw something called The Ready Rocker on tv. I did some research and decided to give it a try! I am SO glad I did!! It’s already assembled you just need to put the padded foam on. Super simple to use! It has 2 positions to choose from and fits almost anywhere. My back feels very supported when using it. Highly recommended for those who suffers from back and sciatica. Especially if you sit at a desk all day! 🥰🥰🥰

It is good on your back but you can not sit as far back in your chair which is not comfortable because the seat is now to short.

Not so much like or dislike. Bought it as the sectional we have has a very deep seat with a very slanted back. It is an expensive leather sectional but is just really uncomfortable. So I thought maybe this would be the cheaper alternative to getting rid of the sectional. The unit is lot harder even with the covering than they mention. Just not the right tool for the job I was hoping it would do. Probably a great option for office work just not for relaxing in front of the tv.

Just the resistance alone, and you can feel it in your abs. The rocking motion adds to this effect. Definitely worth the money for the resistance alone. However, I can also tell an improvement in my posture!
