These were ordered for our Brother HL-L3220CDW printer. This printer is a single user printer in a business setting accessed and used daily.This is my second purchase of the 'full set" of toner for the Brother Printer. Surprisingly, there were zero problems with the first set.*And the same goes for the second set so far. They came packaged tightly and extensively protected. It would be hard to damage these during transit with the packaging as is. They are easy to install, and came with clear documentation in case you are new to printer maintenance. These are the high yield cartridges with around 3,500 prints per toner cartridge. These performed at or above the 3,500 print target. Which, in my experience with non OEM toner, was a very nice surprise. After install, the printer recognized the toner and had no "chip" problems.TLDR: Performed as good or better than their more expensive OEM counterparts.* one caveat with these cartridges (a complete User error on my part), is to be sure to shake vigorously and slide the slider switch at the bottom of the cartridge back and forth at least one time. Both of these steps (which were included in the "how to install" instructions) were ignored by this user. And for that, the first black toner that I installed had one instance of overflow causing a streak on the next 10 or 20 prints. Removing the cartridge and actually following the instructions, fixed the issues and is still the only incident I've experienced with this product to date. Completely my fault and lesson learned. :-)

I purchased this toner when I purchased a new printer (I thought it was a genuine brother cartridge). When my printer ran out of black ink I attempted to install the black cartridge. First the cartridge would never lock into place. Second when printed a page there were black streaks on the page. Unfortunately the toner is out of the return time period so I’m stuck. Don’t waste your money on this cartridge. I just hope my printer isn’t ruined using after market cartridge.

The instructions did not inform me about moving a cleaning key back and forth. Not doing so, caused a stripe on the left side of each print. Doing so, allowed for correct printing. I am now satisfied.
