Easy to swallow. Effective new hair growth plus nails condition!

I like the fact that this medication comes as a regular-sized capsule and not a large pill that is difficult to swallow. What I don't like is the fact that my stomach burns after I take it. I follow the instructions, only taking it on a full stomach after a meal and drinking a half glass or more of water with it. Despite that, my stomach burns to the point of significant discomfort. I will discontinue the medication after a week if the burning doesn't diminish and I will write an addendum to this review.

This is a good products, but do not buy if you are expecting a miracle or a fast fix. It will take a lot of time for it to work. I have been using it with a hair tonic I also bought from Amazon, and they work great together. Another thing, you have to engage into healthier habits, because no product will be completely effective stopping hair thinning if you are poisoning yourself or not exercising enough. For starters I have been using it for almost a month, and can say, from the start, that it stopped the excessive shedding, which is good. Between the second and third week, my hair started to look healthier and fuller, which might have helped hiding a dime size bold spot on the back of my head, and another one on the front. My itching from my eczema stopped, so that is another plus. New hairs, well, not that many out there right now, but they are starting to show. Maybe if I keep using the combo of supplement and hair tonic, progress will be more noticeable by the second month. My suggestion? Try it, like I am considering it, for two months at least to see if it works for you. Don't expect a miracle, but do not get disappointed by the slow progress. Rome wasn't built in a day!

I Love this vitamin. My scalp has stopped itching/burning & my hair is healthier & thicker than has been since before Covid. I highly recommend this vitamin. Well worth the cost!

Didn't work for me, used it ten months. Seems to take forever to get, but when I tried to cancel it was suddenly ready to ship. Decided to return it as soon as it arrived, but there are no returns on this product!

I have used so many products for hair loss. This is the best one so far my hair is fuller, and some of the ball spots are growing in.

Had absolutely no visible improvement to hair.
