Nutritionist Approved
I have been working with a nutritionist to help me with various health issues. I removed gluten from my diet which was a huge change but after a month basically resolved an issue I'd had with chronic pain for the past 4 years. Go figure I had no idea I was gluten intolerant. However, in the process of switching to a gluten free diet I have become deficient in Magnesium. Although supplements are second to eating a diet that provides the nutrients you need, I went the supplement route for now. This is the context of my review.On to the review of the product: After sending my nutritionist a link to this product she gave it the thumbs up. Ingredients are good and it's GMP certified. I was concerned it would taste medicinal as some supplements do, however this tastes like straight pineapple, it's absolutely delicious! I just got it so I can't speak to it's efficacy yet, but may update in a month. My biggest concern is sleeplessness, so hopefully it helps. I used to sleep like a rock but that hasn't been the case lately. Will follow up.

Helps with sleep and restles legs
This has given me relief from restless legs. The tables for mg oxide and mg glycinate never did help. I'm also falling to sleep easier. I can't recommend highly enough. Taste good too.

Great way to get you magnesium
My heart did flipity flopity issues and I was told to do magnesium. This kind is good because it goes in your mouth and I swish it all around before I swallow so it works immediately. I see good improvement and am thankful for this product.

Works great
Works well, taste is ok, a bit too sweet. The only problem so far are the droppers. They do not work well at all. Don’t hold liquid. Does help with sleep

Great for sleep
I have trouble staying asleep and this product helps my body and mind to really relax. If I happen to wake up in the night, I fall right back to sleep. Also, I don’t ever feel groggy the next day. Recommending dose is 2 dropper full, but I find that 1 does the trick for me
