I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of the Roti Maker from Amazon. The product arrived promptly, but unfortunately, it didn't work as expected. Despite following the instructions carefully, I couldn't get a single decent roti out of it.To make matters worse, when I tried to return the product, Amazon's return process was a complete letdown. I initiated the return request, but the agent never showed up to collect the item. I've been left with a defective product and a frustrating experience.I hope Amazon takes steps to improve their quality control and return process. Until then, I would caution others against purchasing from this seller.

Green light not working. Rotis taste raw and rubbery
Green light not lighting. I waited for more than 8mins. The rotis turn rubbery. And it tastes raw. My dough was very soft and stretchy. I tried pressing in the machine and cooking the rest on tawa still it tastes raw and texture is rubbery.
