It is exactly what I needed. Quality construction and excellent design. Fits cups, glasses, odd shaped items that needs a lot of holding power. Very versatile with different holder configurations that can be used.

Works as intended with my different brand of laser engraver. The chuck is small, and doesnt close straight. When tightening the chuck, the 3 heads wont close straight, it starts to bend, which makes the cylinder held want to bend in different directions instead of being parallel to the base. Might want to find an upgrade to the chuck eventually.

Nothing wrong with the item I just didn't feel like getting in to doing engraving on items that were around after I thought about it.

Was worried that I would have problems figuring out how to use this device. The instructions were easy to follow and I got great results during my first and subsequent projects. Plus, it’s a lot of fun finding projects.
