improves digestion

Garlic. Blech! Meditators avoid this one
Definitely gives a boost of energy but noticed my joints started aching. Then realized I was smelling garlic on my breath. Red the super microscopic print and realized they have garlic and onion. Aiyooo! Why natural supplements always put garlic. Nonpranic. I practice Kriya yoga. Body can’t take garlic. Had to toss. If you’re into meditation, avoid this. Now I take their vitamin C and the “biotin” product which has good whole food ingredients without garlic

I will never buy this brand again.
I bought Himalayan Organics Whole Food multivitamin for my mom after reading many reviews...since my mom has less energy. But it was a big mistake. She had burning sensation in her stomach and her blood pressure dropped a lot after taking this capsule for two days. It made her very weak and she also experienced cribbing sensation on her finger.I would not recommend this brand to any one.
