OPEN HEAVEN/River Wild Blu- Ray

We love Hillsong, and this album is no different, many awesome tracks. I am very disappointed though that the seller sold it with a case not only cracked - but shattered - like little glass shards falling as soon as you open it. It wasn't safe to keep, so I had to transfer to another case. I read others had this problem. Sad that the seller wouldn't remedy it buy sending an empyy new case to transfer if they don't want to open the item. I would have still bought it if they had just mentioned this and send an empty case with it. I dont know...but be warned, this seller will mail it shattered.

Nice soul filling music.

Hillsong never disappoints me. I have five of their CDs and each one is better than the last. At first I was concerned about the slower tempo of most of the songs on "Open Heaven / River Wild" which it seems Hillsong Worship tends to be ("No Other Name" also has slower songs in my opinion). I am fortunate to be able to listen to music on my iPod while working my office job and sometimes I need something lively. :) This CD has quickly become a favorite along with "Hillsong United: Live in Miami." I bought "Open Heaven / River Wild" for "One Thing" but my absolute favorite is "Here With You" which has become my theme song. Needless to say, this CD has been installed in my car's player since I got it. This may be the first time I actually wear out a CD!!

I'm an admitted Hillsong Worship addict. I just love the long songs, repeated verses and choruses. This one doesn't disappoint either. My favorite track at this point is definitely "Transfiguration." I just love the chorus:"Holy is the Lord revealed before my eyesAnd my burning heart can scarcely take it inAs I behold your beauty with unworthy eyesThe only song my soul can find to singIs Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah my King"It totally reminds me of the times when, during worship, I'm so thankful and can't help but cry. And "Hallelujah" is such a perfect thing to sing considering it means "praise Yahweh." Because, I think when I get there, that is what my soul will long to sing.The other tracks are great as well and I'm consistently playing it lately.

I love all the songs on this CD. My 2 favorite songs on this CD are "Open Heaven (River Wild)" and "Transfiguration." I am a 65 year old lady and it just makes me so happy and warms my heart to see these wonderful young people freely worshiping Jesus Christ! Hillsong has the most beautiful Christian Worship music with Talented anointed Worshipers as well. I also love the "Send Me" CD by Darlene Zschech who is another anointed Talented Worshiper with a beautiful voice who used to be with Hillsong as well.

Loved the first track but after that the voices made each subsequent track sound the same somehow.
