If you're looking for unleavened bread that has a crunch to it and doesn't stick to the top of your mouth, buy this one.

Cracker like
I was looking for an alternative to our regular communion bread st church. I found something similar where I get my regular communion bread. It is good, not quite the same texture of our bread, more like a small cracker. I would definitely try it if we needed an alternative.
