I requested this item so my granddaughter could use it with her kitchen set at home. I opened it up when she came to stay at our house, and it was an immediate hit! The apron and hat were just her thing - and they're made of lightweight fabric instead of plastic, which is a plus! Also glad that it's non-toxic paint since she did try to take a bite out of a wooden ice cream bar. It hurt a bit, and she didn't try it again. One of their favorite things to do is to use the ice cream scoop to pick up a single "scoop" of ice cream and put it on the cone - it stays in place with hook and loop fasteners.Overall, VERY nice - it was a definite favorite for the nearly-two-year-old granddaughter AND her 5-, 11-, and 13-year-old aunts and uncles. ;-)

This set comes with lots of pieces, making it a great value purchase. The ice cream stand is solid wood. The flat container is a simple cardboard one, although it does come with a thin acrylic lid to go on the top. The individual pieces themselves are a nice quality, with lots of small details. The ice cream tops (flavors) have velcro on the bottom and a magnet in the top that allows them to be "scooped" by the ice cream scoop. This was definitely a hit at our house and has been a great addition to the pretend play ice cream shop.

Fun new toy , nice quality and colors

This set is super cool and thought of everything for pretend ice cream play! Most of the player is wooden EXCEPT for the ice cream scoop (plastic to help with realistically “scooping” the ice cream) and the plastic cups of ice cream (the ice cream part is wooden). There’s also an apron and hat included for dress up! My son absolutely ADORESSSS this set! He brings me a “treat” at least once a day.Velcro attachments for the scooped ice cream and the cones makes this a super realistic sugar free playtime pastime 😍🍦🍨

Our littlest family member loves to play kitchen, and spends happy hours assembling pretend burgers, play-slicing pretend fruits and veggies, and making pretend coffee, etc. This beautifully made, softly confection-colored ice cream shop collection is a big hit! There are many scoops of different ice creams (with sprinkles!), just waiting to be scooped into cones. There are a variety of delicious-looking play popsicles. The little tiered counter is adorable and built to last! I love wooden toys for little ones, and these do not disappoint. The apron is so cute. Lots of fun for any child who likes playing kitchen or chef. Good value for a large, very well made toy set.
