Geiger Volume 2: The Nuclear Knight

Excellent story & art work. Definitely worth a read. John’s is a master at storytelling, highly recommended.

Artwork - excellent, story is just as good. A great continuation of the first volume. I recommend to anyone who wants/needs and alternative to traditional DC/Marvel heroes.

This book isn’t just about great visuals—it’s surprisingly well-written, packed with depth, mystery, and compelling storytelling. I hadn’t read *Vol. 1* beforehand, but that didn’t stop me from being completely hooked. Geiger himself is a fascinating character, layered with intrigue and emotion, making me wonder why I hadn’t heard of him before. I was expecting a cool-looking but shallow action story, and I couldn’t have been more wrong. There’s a rich world here, one that feels cinematic in scope. If this ever got adapted into a movie, I’d be first in line. Violence and horror elements push this into R-rated territory, but there’s nothing gratuitous or excessive—it serves the story well. No unnecessary shock value, just a well-crafted post-apocalyptic saga with weight and purpose. Now, I *have* to go back and read *Vol. 1*—and everything else in this universe. If you’re into gritty, thought-provoking storytelling wrapped in stunning artwork, *Geiger Vol. 2* is absolutely worth your time.

Exciting follow up to the first collection. New adventures, with new allies and enemies. A prequel story as well.

I love this series so much. Its still worth it seeing in a way the aftermath of the mini series of a few years ago.
